JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Architect End to End Solution for SAP HCM and Cloud SF in line with Business needs
• Configuration and support of SAP HCM Modules
• Configuration of SAP Fiori Apps for HCM Business Process Applications Responsible for Payroll Configuration and Support Activities past Golive
• Responsible for Time management with CATS and Fiori time sheet Apps
• Design Functional specifications for all Interfaces, Reports, and Workflows, and responsible for Data extracts from legacy systems and design cutover strategy
• Develop work plans and monitor progress of team
• Provide Architectural guidance to Cross Functional Teams, transition Solution design to post production support organization, and support End User Trainings

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science. Combination of foreign degrees certified as equivalent to U.S. bachelors is acceptable. 5 years of progressively responsible and related work experience supporting business applications and systems, including project systems and SD integration with time and portal with ESS and MSS experience, of which includes at least 2 years of experience in SAP Human Capital/Resource Management (HCM), including experience with SAP Fiori with functional Modules; SAP on Premise and Cloud Payroll and ADP integration. Experience must include understanding of relational databases; knowledge of the impacts and integration between multiple systems; experience and knowledge extracting data from relational databases as well as spreadsheet applications and manipulation of spreadsheet data.
