POSITION: SAP HCM SOLUTION ARCHITECT

HOURS: FULL TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design and configure Complete SAP HCM Solution including Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Center and Integration HMRC RTI and FPS;
• Execution of deliverables to clients in SAP HCM Application;
• Coordinating Off Shore and Onshore; Business Requirement Gathering for Payroll(USA), Time management, Interfaces for Benefits Vendors;
• End-to-End Testing of the SAP HCM Solution

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Foreign Degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's is acceptable; 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Solution Analyst, SAP HCM Consultant, SAP HCM Solution Architect; Solution Consultant-MySAP Human Resources-Management/Administration Certificate required, SAP HCM Payroll, S4 HANA/SuccessFactors skills required.
